Our furnace stopped working a few days ago and our neighbors had recommended McDowell and Son. I texted them early this morning and they responded right away. I had a phone call from them by 8:30 and a technician was able to come out this afternoon. We were very pleased with our service. Jairo was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He went above and beyond and even helped us check our old warranty. We signed up for their semi annual maintenance program which we think is a great deal. Highly recommend

Jairo did an excellent job on diagnosing the problem with our heat pump. He let me know that he available earlier than scheduled and came over promptly. He had good communication skills and let me know what he was doing. Over all another excellent experience with McDowell and Son heating and cooling.

Miguel is good at what he does and patient to explain what best practices are for efficiency and keeping the two units we have running smooth and clean.
