We were very pleased with our experience. Terry and Melissa responded quickly and professionally to our request for an AC installation. I know they are very busy but they made sure we had everything working (coordinating the electrician team as well as their team) and it was all up and running in time for our worst heat wave ever. Terry gave us options and explained our choices and pricing. Very transparent. Installation team was friendly, professional, respectful. I felt fine leaving the house to go to work, trusting them at my home. I’d highly recommend them!

We have had a wonderful experience with McDowell & Son Heating and Air Conditioning! In December 2018 the (very old) heat pump in a labor housing unit stopped working, and they came out promptly to replace it. Service was very thorough, and everyone from the company is always kind, professional and very helpful. We were so impressed that we then had them replace the system in another unit and still continue to work with them for regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend McDowell & Son for any of your heating and air conditioning needs! We've used them several times for both our air installations and repairs and have always been so happy with their work honesty. When we call for anything someone always gets right back to us or comes over to address whatever need it is we have. Also, they issued us the papers completely filled out for the tax credit we needed on our new air conditioning system..that was a huge plus!!

McDowell & Son were the ONLY company to even respond when I called. To this day, the other three I contacted have not bothered to return my call! The heat pump went out 1 week ago. A tech showed up today to diagnose...He showed up on time, had the parts to repair the unit, do a complete service, and left it working better than before! The level of professionalism, courtesy, and service is remarkable in this day and age. I highly recommend them and will be using them again if needed.
